MAYA DEVI Temple    Maya Devi Temple is the exact spot where the founder of 'Buddhism' Lord Sakyamuni Buddha was born in around 563 BC and which was named after the Buddha's mother and Queen of Kapilvastu Kingdom "Maya Devi".This is the holy and important site located in the heart of Lumbini Garden, inside this temple there is a Marker stone which locates the exact birth spot and another Nativity sculpture which presents the birth scene of Prince Sidhartha with many other structural ruins in Lumbini.
